Terms & Conditions for Vendors

Welcome to Gadcet. By registering as a vendor, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions. Non-compliance may result in corrective action, including account suspension or closure.

1. Customer Interactions

• Timely Communication: Vendors must respond to all customer messages within a 12-hour timeframe.
• Priority Orders: Orders must be treated as a high priority, particularly for next-day delivery requests. Vendors must ensure efficient communication and processing for such orders.

2. Shipping Policy

• Standard Shipping Charges: A shipping charge of £1.99 applies to all orders below £19.99.
• Free Standard Shipping: Orders with a value of £20 or more are eligible for free standard shipping (delivery within 1-3 days).
• Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 4 PM with a total value exceeding £50 are eligible for free next-day shipping.

3. Returns and Refunds

• Return Eligibility: Products returned in their original condition within 30 days of purchase qualify for a refund or exchange.
• Vendor Responsibility: Vendors are required to facilitate a seamless and straightforward returns process in compliance with the company’s Returns Policy.

4. Warranty Conditions

• A 12-month warranty applies to all products sold through Gadcet (Gadstore LTD). Vendors must ensure warranty claims are processed promptly and fairly.

5. Fees and Payments

• Transaction Fee: A 12% fee is applied to all transactions. This fee covers marketing, transaction processing, and platform maintenance costs.
• Payment Schedule: Vendor payouts are processed every Monday. Vendors must ensure that their payment details remain accurate and up-to-date to avoid payment delays.

6. VAT Responsibilities

• Vendors are responsible for managing their own VAT obligations, including registering for VAT if required under UK law, calculating VAT on sales, and declaring VAT to HMRC.
• Gadcet (Gadstore LTD) is not liable for any vendor's VAT compliance or obligations.

7. Feedback and Reputation Management

• Vendors are encouraged to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
• Accumulating five or more negative feedback scores within a month will trigger an account review. Repeated poor performance may result in suspension or closure of the account.

8. Authority of Gadcet (Gadstore LTD)

Gadcet (Gadstore LTD) acts as an agent for the vendor under these Terms and Conditions. We have the authority to conclude the sale of products with customers on behalf of the vendor.

9. Compliance with UK Law

Vendors are required to comply with all relevant UK laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

• Consumer Rights Act 2015.
• Distance Selling Regulations.
• Product Safety Standards.

10. Indemnification

Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gadcet (Gadstore LTD) against any claims, liabilities, damages, or losses arising from the sale of their products or non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

11. Termination of Vendor Agreement

Gadcet (Gadstore LTD) reserves the right to terminate the vendor agreement at any time if terms are violated. Vendors may also terminate their account by providing written notice.
